This is due to the fact that acne also arise from improper digestion. Always cut down the intake of fried food, sweets, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol. As a substitute, tomato, fresh lime, or carrot juice should be taken in-between meals. Doing so will help to cleanse and hydrate the body internally, as only a healthy body can possess flawless, glowing skin. Therefore, one needs a mix of internal and external care to fight acne.
