Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:


Manage purchasing process / stock delivering and controlling for promotion / Point of Purchase (POP) / merchandise materials
  • Recommends best source option (both service and materials) in accordance with the P2P process and guidance
  • Recommends appropriate quantity and type of  POP/premium materials based on the approved/agreed promotions
  • Coordinates suppliers to ensure purchased items will be delivered within agreed quality and budget
  • Audits at supplier sites and warehouses to ensure that POP items are in good condition at right quantity
  • Manages, controls, and delivers promotion/ POP/ premium materials to support lubricants sales team: Distributors, Service Stations and OEM
  • Provides controlling reports of promotion/ POP/ merchandise materials to marketing coordinators for effective evaluating of promotion & brand building program, on a monthly basis



Marketing Advertising & Sales Promotion (A&SP) Budget Reporting and Controlling

  • Provides Marketing A&SP budget reporting and controlling system to for effective evaluation of spending effectiveness
  • Coordinates with Business Support Manager to ensure an accuracy of marketing A&SP budget utilization report



Brand exposure in marketing-related events and local activities

  • Assists sales & marketing team for both indirect and direct sales channel in preparing marketing materials in marketing-related events and local activities
  • Communicates sales and marketing promotion campaign to all related parties
  • Represents sales & marketing team by regularly visiting marketing-related events and local activities to monitor and control accuracy of brand & marketing exposure



Manage Administrative tasks and maintenance of Administrative & Control Process and Report

  • Manages administrative tasks and processes i.e. issuing & processing PR/ PO/ SO/ Invoice for sales & marketing team on marketing related items. Responsible for marketing team asset management and controlling to ensure that company assets are in good condition and all-time available for team use
  • Manages and ensures vendor contracts are active and have complete compliance requirements
  • Acts as the Business Unit SME for Ariba /P2P processes. Coordinator for any company wide related housekeeping initiatives (BCP, mobile phones, etc)
  • Handles all administrative requirements of Thailand Finished Lubricants (FL) Area Business Manager including secretarial, documentation and expense reimbursements in prompt and accurate manner with confidentiality
  • Supports and organizes FL team and regional team with travel/accommodation/meeting bookings



Partnership Development

  • Develops and maintains positive relationship with stakeholders - Sales & Marketing team, Purchasing team, suppliers, business support, agencies (research, advertising, media), press, current & potential strategic alliances, and supply chain in order to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferably in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years related work experience preferably in Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
  • Customer focused and service mind
  • Proficiency in Ms. Offices and Ms. Outlook
  • Familiarization with SAP and Ariba systems is preferably
  • Ability to manage under pressure
